1. Where are you located?
- We are located in CT.
2. Do you sell other products that the featured Sambal and Kuah Kacang?
- No.
3. What size is the jar/bottle?
- We only offer one standard size and it is 16 oz.
4. Are there different heat levels for the Sambal and Kuah Kacang?
- No.
- The standard Sambal is hot and spicy (by Malaysian standards or for someone who eats hot and spicy daily) and VERY/EXTREMELY hot and spicy by American standards or for those who hardly eat any spicy food.
- The Kuah Kacang is mild as it has a savory and creamy peanut taste to it.
5. How long will it last and will I need to refrigerate it?
- The standard shelf life (unopened jar) is one year for both the Sambal and Kuah Kacang. Refrigeration is only once opened. The refrigerated Sambal is suggested to be consumed within 4 weeks of opening it while the Kuah Kacang should be consumed within 2 weeks (you will also find these details on our product label).
- Your personal consumption, cross contamination of utensils used to spoon out either product and/or length of time product is exposed to room temperature (especially during summer days) can also alter the expiration date.
6. How much is the shipping fee?

7. What carrier do you use to ship out the order?
- USPS Priority Mail 2 Day as it is the best valued option.
8. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Once your package is picked up from us, the standard delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is 2 business days.
9. What if I don't want you to use USPS to ship out my order?
- Please send us a message here and we will try to accommodate. No guarantees and that all shipping costs will be paid by you, the customer.
10. Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, in addition to shipping to all US states, we also ship to Canada (and worldwide if there is interest). Please be sure to contact us for shipping costs to Canada here.
